Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities for all product groups in all markets / industries. To also establish plans and strategies to expand our distribution network in all areas and contribute to the development, training and educational programs for new & existing clients as well as employees.

• I contacted new and existing customers to discuss their requirements and explain how these requirements could be met by specific products and services, emphasized the product features based on an analyses of the customer’s needs, and advised technical knowledge of the product capabilities and limitations.• I answered customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and applications.• I identified prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.• I also prepared quotes for the enquiries obtained, and submitted the orders for processing once approved.• I conducted regular meetings with the sales / service team to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information.

Carried out repairs and/or maintenance as per the Works Order and customer requirements and reported directly to the Service Manager if this cannot be done.• Followed correct procedures when carrying out warranty work, and ensured all warrantyparts were kept for the required period.• Maintained responsibility for the care and use of all workshop tools and equipment I used and returned them to correct place after use.• Reported back to the Service Manager once job was completed.• Documented all time and materials used on the Works Order.• Liaised with Store Personnel to ensure correct parts were ordered.• Maintained a clean & safe work area.• Maintained all Tools and Equipment.• Performed other duties as requested by management.• Reported all customer complaints to Service Manager• Worked on call and extra hours during our busy seasonal periods
