Responsible for all marketing for Susquehanna Fishing Tackle's shop and e-commerce website. Worked with a web development to create a new e-commerce site using Magento. Created the design for the site and frequently update the site with new products and banners. Create advertising for both print and digital marketing. Research and identify new places to advertise. Advertise through social media, particularly on Facebook. Design posters and other advertising for events such as seminars, sales, and fishing tournaments. Take photos of events for use on social media. Sales at the shop have increased steadily during my time with SFT.

As the only marketing professional in the company, I was responsible for all of Pendu's marketing. During my 6 years with Pendu, I helped the company grow from about $7.5M in annual revenue to nearly $15M. I designed print advertising for trade publications and made recommendations on where to increase or decrease advertising. I designed and maintained the company website and optimized it for SEO. I was able to get the website into Google's top 5 for most relevant keywords. I also designed a separate website for the machine shop. I created and edited product literature and shot and edited product photos and videos for YouTube, the website, and for customer viewing. I coordinated tradeshow planning, create materials and displays for events. I also developed an email list and sent email newsletters to existing and potential customers.

The Lancaster Lightning was a semi-pro football team in Lancaster, PA. I helped the team for two seasons to develop their brand and bring them back on track after they were forced to switch facilities several times and attendance had dwindled. Because the team did not have funds, I had to help them with no budget. I was able to help them fill their stands for two seasons by working with non profit groups, working out deals with local companies to share profits and advertising, and building a new website and Facebook page. I created and organized several events at their new field to develop awareness of the team. I also brought in businesses such as That Bounce Place and an ice cream vendor to give the team a family appeal. I also created game day posters that were hung at local businesses. Through hard work and creative thinking I was able to help the team have two successful seasons.

Completely recreated the company branding by redesigning their logo, company color scheme, web site, product appearance, and marketing materials. Also designed product catalogs, product specification sheets, advertisements, trade show booths and displays, and business cards. I was also responsible for designing and printing polycarbonate labels for various products.
