As Manager of Operations and Delivery, I focus on delivering client happiness through the successful launch of digital projects, all built with love by the Yeeboo Digital team. As Yeeboo Digital's Lead Digital Producer, I work with our diverse range of charity and non-profit clients as part of a Digital Production team on the day to day implementation of simple to use, smart and strategic digital projects. As a Blackbaud certified solution provider, Yeeboo Digital works to plan, design and build fundraising focused websites and campaign microsites using Blackbaud's Luminate Online and TeamRaiser platform. As Wordpress wizards, Yeeboo Digital works to plan, design and build charity and non-profit websites using the flexible and intuitive Wordpress CMS.

I work with a diverse range of local and global non-profit organizations helping them grow their online and offline supporter base using online tools.My work at hjc helps clients with the development of e-communications, online and integrated campaign strategy, planning and execution; online and integrated campaign site design; technology evaluation and implementation project management; and implementation and website redesign project management. As a member of the hjc senior management team since May 2014 and a senior consultant, I have been working closely with our business development team on new business opportunities in Canada and the US through leading project discovery for campaign website and general website re-designs, development and technology implementation projects. As manager of digital services at hjc, I co-lead a team of project managers and consultants who work with non-profit clients in Canada and the US. Part of my leadership role is to bring project management expertise to the projects hjc has been engaged to lead through the introduction, training and deployment of tried and tested project management processes.I graduated from the University of Southampton, UK with a B.Sc. in Politics and International Relations and have also completed the Humber College postgraduate certificate in Fundraising and Volunteer Management where I subsequently taught the third semester module called Advanced Fundraising (otherwise known as Online and Integrated Fundraising) for 3 years.I am an authorized Convio Consultant in the Convio Solution Provider (CSP) certification program, meaning I have received formal training and testing on implementing and advising on strategy around Blackbaud’s Convio products.

More specifically, my work with hjc’s clients focuses on the development of online campaign strategy and planning; integrated campaign strategy, planning and execution; e-communications strategy, planning and execution; online and integrated campaign site design and technology implementation project management; technology evaluation; and implementation and website redesign project management.

I taught and developed the curriculum for the third semester module entitled Advanced Fundraising (otherwise known as Online and Integrated Fundraising), as part of the Fundraising and Volunteer Management post-graduate certificate program. The course covers an introduction to digital marketing and online fundraising tactics as well as integration of these tactics into current direct-response, major gift, workplace and legacy fundraising channels (ie. telephone, DRTV, direct mail, face-to-face). There is a strong focus on event/peer-to-peer fundraising, social network engagement, online communications, online acquisition strategies and fundraising technologies.
