Before founding CX Advisors, a certified Qualtrics Implementation Partner, Matt served as the Principal Client Success Consultant for Strategic Accounts at Qualtrics. He managed ad hoc market research projects for the department, overseeing quantitative and qualitative research efforts ranging from in-depth interviews and focus groups to customer satisfaction surveys.Matt has a Master of Arts in Advertising from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Davenport University, a private university that counts Rich DeVos, Jay Van Andel, Fred Meijer, and Gerald R. Ford among their notable donors.
