Before founding CX Advisors, a certified Qualtrics Implementation Partner, Matt served as the Principal Client Success Consultant for Strategic Accounts at Qualtrics. During his 3 years with the company, he consulted with over 200 clients on market research, customer experience, employee insights, and digital feedback best practices. He also led a cross-functional team that specialized in the delivery and management of enterprise customer experience programs – including 3 of the largest programs in Qualtrics history. Given his experience as a partner, employee, and customer, it is fair to say he is the foremost expert on the Qualtrics platform.Prior to Matt's time at Qualtrics, he worked as the Consumer Insights Coordinator at Meijer, a supercenter chain in the Midwest with annual revenues exceeding 15 billion dollars. He managed ad hoc market research projects for the department, overseeing quantitative and qualitative research efforts ranging from in-depth interviews and focus groups to customer satisfaction surveys.Matt has a Master of Arts in Advertising from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Davenport University, a private university that counts Rich DeVos, Jay Van Andel, Fred Meijer, and Gerald R. Ford among their notable donors.
