Responsible for pre-production, advancing shows, and day of show production keeping band on schedule and seamless execution of live show. Handle all aspects of lighting and sound to ensure scheduled performance. Manage and direct daily crew to build show and stay on track for performer’s schedule and event needs.

Starting with stage management and now covering production advancement, I have worked professionally on endless national and globally diverse tours overseeing all backline, stage and lighting requirements, and all interface with crew and support acts. Responsible for all elements of show operation before during and after the set.

Production Manager for 200 cap venue. Managing sound design and artist relations for performances including local staff, venue financials, and day-of-show needs. Accounted for fire code standards, financial breakdowns nightly, & payment to talent, while reporting directly to owner for show specifics and venue needs offsite.

Created production and sound design from scratch for premium vintage rock show band in both marketing and branding. Heavily curated set includes staging elements, event creation, and premium offering for live band entertainment. Drummer, and production creator for the group’s live show. Tailored unique sound sampling, automation, and live effects recreating album level sound design operated uniquely by me. Added lighting packages per event needs and managed local event facilities for show day production implementation. Handle band financials and pay structuring including LLC upkeep and dispersement of funds. Additionally, handle details of contracts and clients.

Led inventory control for multi million dollar shipments, stock, and product take back. Held literally the world’s best inventory statistics of shrink and accuracy in all of Apples inventory markets (far surpassing company standards). Implemented training for company wide standards to achieve these results. Exceeded expectations for job standards and department statistics. Created inventory basis to track non-applied standard for store inventory system. Led training for new hires in my department outlining safety, privacy, control of product, and corporate accountability. Provided resource for store security, daily accounting numbers eliminating shrink, and assisted law enforcement with security details of store related concerns. Adopted inventory to computer based systems and held the highest corporate standard of trade secrets and proprietary products.

Created live concert series in core of city for 2,500+ person event leading event design, permit processing, and production execution while directly managing core of event. Directly managed staffing, provided radio-based communications system, production creation, and hosted artist relations. Curated overall vision, and reported event financials directly with corporate clients, investors, and city planning officials. Paved way for annual events and business model- highlighting a multi million dollar venue remodel, public event space, and corporate ad campaign. Partnered in website design and publicity campaigns for city exposure and event development. Created branding spinoffs using the same business model for local 501-C3 non profits and arts community events.

Hosted production for 1500 cap venue stage, leading team of 5-12 in concert design and artist show creation. Worked directly for international talent in leading stage show from start to finish- building unique concert elements from storage to performance- adopting current industry prototypes of modern lighting rigs, stage carts, and sound design in a concert facility. Created unique systems to bring arena shows to mid level concert house. Provided internationally touring bands with every need from hospitality to stage- including missing backline, in-house repairs, and staging systems to host venue events and exceed artist needs.

Responsible for advancing shows, personnel, backline setup, breadown, and staging requirements for band. Additionally, supported in sound and lighting roles. Fill in driver and all around make the show happen tour mindset.
