The Product Manager of Refinish will provide resources and guidance necessary to drive sales performance, training, and customer-centric service with our Team and Paint Vendors. The NB Manager will use his/her product knowledge and training skills to support and develop all regions in order to maximize productivity. Helped develop a program with the Town Administrator and Town Assessor to identify town-owned properties which could be auctioned and sold to broaden the tax base, worked to add 2 new full time police officers, improve relations between the Board of Selectmen and School Committee, clean a long standing blighted property in the Town’s Center by working through intermediaries of the owner to make the town more appealing to new business as well as beautify the Town’s Center.
