As a strategist in Infosys Experience Design group, I help our clients through their digital transformation by bridging the gap between the world of technology and the world of business strategy and customer engagement.Specifically, I work with clients, prospects, and internal teams to determine the right growth strategy (framing the problem/situation, visioning future states, identifying target audiences, etc.), create an experience strategy (user research, journey mapping, etc.), design solutions + PoCs (via user-centered design), and create roadmaps / business cases toward full implementation.In this role I’ve worked across industries, spanning high-tech, financial services, retail, and B2B. I've also focused on both customer strategy and experience, and employee engagement.
