As the Senior Training and Development Manager for Oncology UK/I at Daiichi Sankyo (previously Bristol-Myers Squibb), I lead and implement the training strategy for the oncology business unit, supporting the launch and growth of multiple products and indications. I collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to design and deliver engaging and impactful learning solutions that enhance the capabilities and performance of the field force and the wider organization.With a Master of Public Health from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Chester, I have a strong background and interest in public health, oncology, and patient care. I leveraged my clinical and academic knowledge to excel as a Senior Key Account Manager at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where I achieved high sales across primary and secondary care in various accounts across England. I am also passionate about equality and inclusivity, and I actively champion LGBTQ, racial and gender equality, and mental health and well-being initiatives within and outside the workplace.
