- Reviewed and awarded grants for members of the Baseball Family in need through Grant Committee meeting presentations.-Managed new scholarship grant initiative with $500,000 budget using targeted social and grassroots marketing efforts to award over $31,000 in scholarship grants before the fall 2018.-Completed analytical research projects on initial grant amounts/trends as well as scholarship demographics/trends to present to Board of Directors in December 2018 Winter Meetings.
