Matt established Ndevr Environmental Pty Ltd in May 2010 after a career with the Australian Government working on high profile carbon and energy policy reform and implementation. Under Matt's leadership and innovation, since 2010 the group has grown to a national team of over 50 policy, legal, engineering and IT professionals specialising the climate change, energy and broader sustainability field. In July 2023 under Matt's guidance Ndevr Environmental merged with the Anthesis Group, the worlds' largest specialist climate change and sustainability focused consultancy. As Managing Director of Anthesis Australia Matt continues to lead a team of talented professionals accelerating the transition to a sustainable future for the earth and it's people by guiding business and government as they seek to implement a more sustainable way of doing business, As a professional consultant Matt has provided strategic advice for some of Australia’s largest and most complex public and private corporations. Matt holds a degree in Commerce, a Diploma in Government and a Graduate Diploma in Energy and Resource Law at Melbourne University.
