As a National Director of Youth Special Programs, I had to manage an annual budget of up to $2M to ensure the fulfillment of each project and activity. I led the successful integration of female youth into the scouting program. Moreover, I catalyzed the establishment of first-ever diversity, equity, and inclusion spaces at the national level for Boy Scouts of America involving LGBTQ, females, and scouts with color/certain disabilities.Below are my notable accomplishments:• Managed three national programs with more than 200K annual participants and event budgets of $6M.• Oversaw a cross-functional team of 1,500 volunteers across 251 markets and 36 full/part-time staff members.• Orchestrated annual conferences with over 8,000 attendees and delivered $500K event budget surplus in 2022.• Allocated and administered $30M in endowed funds, including donor cultivation, grants management, fund distribution, and fiscal/donor reporting.

While serving Boy Scouts of America, I spearheaded the development and nationwide implementation of new national leadership training for youth and adults. I was tasked to manage four capital projects from inception to successful completion within time and budget constraints. It was my responsibility to execute several multimillion-dollar campaigns to provide support in managing high-quality programs. Also, I delivered four capital projects associated with capital campaigns, including the creation and development of museum expansion.
