Whether it be Wyoming, Colorado, or Texas, I was devoted to navigating regulatory policies and requirements regarding Applications to Permit to Drill (APD, W-1), air quality limitations (LDAR, GHG), groundwater and stormwater management (SWPPP), spill prevention (SPCC), and other regulatory and environmental documentation for over 75 active wells. I was committed to modernization and increased productivity by establishing in-person and remote training for inspection protocols, introducing digital programs, and leading internal audits. As a liaison between field operations, government agencies, and landowners, I was committed to smooth transitions and sustainable growth throughout the lifecycle of a well. My role as an environmental technician solidified my fieldwork experience in environmental science as I conducted maintenance and inspections for over 900 oil and gas well pads, over 700 wind turbine pads, and over 200 miles of electric power transmission lines. The work completed was crucial for both the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and private landowners since it encompassed herbicide application, inspection logs, safety observations, soil sampling, vegetative surveys, the mapping of erosional patterns, and identification of stormwater runoff. Utilizing the investigations and site assessments in tandem with ArcGIS technology, I aided in environmental consulting by producing reports such as SWP3/SWPPP and environmental site assessments for the implementation and construction of BMPs (best management practices) to reduce erosion, control invasive plant species, reduce fire hazards, and repair road conditions.

As an E-Commerce Associate, I contributed to my department in multiple ways, including, but not limited to, customer service representative, baker and cake decorator, and grocery stocker. Within this face-paced work environment, I attended to hundreds of customers per day online, in-person, and over the phone regarding satisfaction with their experience, merchandise returns, and mobile application support. Through consistent and reliable service as a team, the number of daily orders was able to extend from 50 to over 300 orders per day, along with a reflected increase in customer satisfaction.

The role of secretarial assistant required someone who was detail-oriented, was comfortable with public speaking, and conveyed information well across multiple platforms. I was more than overjoyed to pursue and acquire such a position. I immediately recognized where the department could improve, and I introduced a software that converted the semester scheduling system to a 100% paperless practice thus removing issues relating to paper forms for override requests. In addition, I attended to campus-wide deliveries, building-wide quarterly inventory, and hazardous and non-hazardous lab supply shipments.
