Matt’s political and technical expertise enables Unearth’s clients to quickly adapt in our dynamic and ever-evolving digital world.As the company’s COO, Matt specializes in identifying and implementing the best strategies and tactics available to achieve meaningful results for the firm’s clients. In 2017, Matt established Unearth’s Washington, DC office. Prior to establishing Unearth, Matt expertly managed strategic digital media campaigns across a range of public policy issues, including economic and workforce development, energy, and health care. With an extensive hands-on background in technology, Matt seamlessly blends the effective use of digital media, digital advertising, interactive data visualization, and analytics.Matt studied international relations at the University of California, Davis, focusing on National Security Policy and East Asian culture.
