Since 2005, have been participating as technical expert to assist the European Commission in the evaluation of submitted proposals of research collaborative projects on Shipping safety, Small Hydropower, Wind Energy or Waterborne technologies & transshipment of containers in ports topics : almost 30 project proposals evaluated.Have been participating as technical reviewer to assist European Commission in the evaluation of the execution of a research projet on wave energy conversion.

Have been participating as expert-evaluator to 6 evaluation sessions of the submitted EUROSTARS proposals of projects in Shipping industry or Renewable Energies: more than 12 proposals evaluated.

In charge to support the development and the implementation of consultancy services to assist companies/organisations in formalizing their innovation, targeting adequate public financial instruments for their innovation, building and managing their European/National/Local Research and Innovation projects (H2020 Collaborative Projects/SME Instruments, EUROSTARS, EUREKA, FUI, ISI, ...).

In charge of different missions for assisting the companies in financing their innovations (public funds): searching of relevant technological and commercial partners, advices in innovation strategy, searching of funds for R&D activities (including French Research Credit Tax), building of relevant proposals to apply for public funding for R&D activities at the national and European level: French Agency of Innovation Oseo, FUI (French Public funds for collaborative R&D projects in the framework of French scientific clusters), Eurêka labelling, Eurostars, 7th Framework Programme, Eco-Innovation…Assist companies from various fields of the Industry: Telecom, Information and Communication Technologies, Aeronautics, Mechanics, Electronics, Renewable Energies, Shipping, …In charge of the proposal building and management of the FP7 three-year project “PV-GUM” on thin-film PV manufacturing technologies – Budget 12,5 M€ - 6,5 M€ funded by EC – 9 partners In charge of the proposal building and management of a FUI three-year project on the development of automatic optical non-destructive control for Aeronautics and Nuclear Industry – Budget 7,5 M€ - 3,5 M€ funded by FUI and French local authorities – 13 partnersIn charge of building and writing several proposals (more than 20 proposals of R&D projects built until now)

I was in charge of different technical and technico-economic studies for Research projects for EUROPEAN COMMISSION and other French public authorities on: -Maritime safety and ferry route optimization (FIRE-EXIT (E.C.) and WINGS (E.C.) R&D projects) -Logistics and freight intermodal transport (INTERMODE-TRANS (E.C.) and LOGIS-MOBILE (E.C.) projects) -Green Mobility – Waterborne public transport: Feasability studies of a public service of maritime transport of passengers in Martinique (French Caribbean island) and on the lake of Annecy (France, Haute-Savoie department) -Cruise: Comparative study of the cruise activity of ten main cruise ports of the Caribbean areaI was also in charge of the management of the European projects INTERMODE-TRANS and WINGS (with more than 7 European partners) as well as writing proposals of research projects in reply to French or European calls for proposals on maritime transport (innovative High Speed Craft concepts, hybrid ship, …)
