Mattea currently serves as Senior Fellow for Research & Policy at Elevyst, a public health consulting group.Mattea researches and writes major reports and books for select individuals and organizations working for social change. She was the lead author of the book A People’s Guide to the Federal Budget (Interlink, 2012), and she has ghost-written seven other nonfiction books; one became an Amazon business bestseller.
