As a driven community advocate and emerging leader, I am passionate about advancing Native political leadership and representation to ensure Indigenous perspectives are integrated into policy and community initiatives. Currently serving as a Coalitions Manager for the Democratic Party of Wisconsin, I focus on building strong partnerships with Federally Recognized Tribes and Urban Native communities. My role involves organizing community engagement events and providing culturally competent training to volunteers, all aimed at amplifying the voices of strategically underrepresented groups.With a proven track record in coalition building, I have successfully partnered on and created over 50 community events, including virtual panels tailored to the unique needs of Native communities. My experience as an Indigenous Arts & Sciences Grant Manager for the Ho-Chunk Nation and National Science Foundation has allowed me to manage grant initiatives focused on Indigenous education and youth advocacy. I have overseen budget management and developed programs that engage Native youth, fostering their development through hands-on, informal STEM programming and community involvement.I am studying to obtain a B.S. in Business Administration with a current major GPA of 3.9 from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, where I have been actively involved in student organizations that promote equity and representation. My skills in strategic planning, data analysis, and public speaking complement my advocacy work, enabling me to drive meaningful outcomes for the communities I serve.I am committed to promoting social justice and inclusivity, leveraging my background in research, data policy analysis, and community engagement to create effective strategies that empower Native communities.
