I'm organizing the company and defining a new design method. I've the aim to rise the quality of the startup's work. In order to do that I'm working strictly with the Business to define strategic targets and give them a prioritization. I manage a team with video-making, graphic design and social media management skills.

This experience was born from the previous collaboration as Web Designer. I designed thecomunication strategy up to the realization of the executive products. I designed websites, digitalstrategies, commercials, vehicles decoration, interior design projects, editorial materials.I developed a commercial approach to reach new customers such as Apple, VF Retail , Maison DuMonde, Louis Vuitton.
