Talent Acquisition Leader
It is such a great opportunity to work alongside so many smart and driven individuals from all over the globe. My talent challenge here is that prior to joining their applicants all came from their newsletter leaving the workforce to be somewhat homogenous. My focus is on hiring with diversity and educating a different talent pool about our employer brand offering. While my role is primarily focused on building and growing global Talent Acquisition, I also support our small People Ops team by handling many HR Business Partner duties. Below are some of the projects I have worked on and built out in my time at Plex:• Successfully grew the company from 100-165 in nine months, hiring across 23 countries• Championed the implementation of Greenhouse ATS and provided comprehensive training to ensure staff proficiency• Created and delivered Interview Training to Hiring Managers and teams, enabling consistency and impartiality throughout the hiring process• Strategized on employee life-cycle management (with a focus on Attraction, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Retention)• Played an instrumental role in Headcount planning using ChartHop, leading to more strategic staffi ng decisions• Developed strong partnerships with vendor providers on HRIS, EOR, Benefits, and 401k, ensuring seamless delivery of these services• Conducted thorough comp analysis using tools such as Radford, Option Impact, Pave, and Carta, gaining crucial insights into staff compensation globally• Designed and presented onboarding to all new hires, ensuring they were quickly integrated and aligned with organizational objectives
