Day-to-Day duties as President of WIO include:Collaborating with our parent company on all aspects of operations, finance, marketing, and franchise development.Aiding in the development/execution of strategic initiatives to enhance our brand positioning, expand our market share, and increase our revenues both at the store and franchisor level.Fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service across our system of restaurants.Collaborating with our franchisees while providing guidance and support to optimize their performance and drive profitability.Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and industry influencers.Working with our tech & marketing teams on the adoption of technology solutions and digital marketing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.Monitoring industry trends, conducting competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunities to stay ahead of the market.

Developed and launched Wing It On! in mid-2011 to target the demand in my hometown of Waterbury, CT for a quality takeout wing joint. After exploding in popularity locally, we franchised the concept in 2014. After building the brand to 13 stores and 1 food truck in operation, with another 18 in-development, WIO was acquired by Craveworthy Brands in 2023. Facilitated the merger of Straight A Supply Co into Suburban Inc. Worked in both the marketing and sales departments to develop new business.

Co-Founded and developed Straight A School Supplies, LLC in early 2007. Grew to the largest independent school supplies company in CT and acquired by/merged with Suburban Inc. in December 2009.

Obtained Series 6, 63, Life/Health and Property/Casualty Licenses in order to work with clients on custom investment strategies and wealth/portfolio management.
