Working for the italian branch of ODDO BHF asset management, since a long experience as a client service and sales support actually I'm in charge of developing and maintaining relationships mainly with distributors and FA's networks, covering the whole italian market and developing the regional Italian banks.

Supporting the various activities and projects across the main components (Client Service/Sales Support, Marketing and CRM):• Active contribution to the development of the Italian team• Client relationship management• Participating to monthly sales meetings in Paris headquarter• Organization and participation Institutional events• Presentations for FAs and Private bankers, spoken about products and markets• Preparation of data reports for the management (country business review)• Preparating Newsletters and Advertising on local magazines• Preparation of presentations/brochures, marketing materials for Italian clients• Operating CRM system• Structuring reporting flow - Customized periodic/spot reports• Cooperatation with the transfer agents, paying agents and order routers• Preparation DDQ and RFPs• New contracts, amendments review of distribution agreements – joint with legal department
