Since January 2015 I've been assigned the role of Electrical Project Leader. Beside the activities already covered till the end of 2014 my role and responsibilities are:- Prepare project plan and obtain management approval of the project plan.- Assure that all team members understand their roles and accept their responsibilities.- Track and report on progress to plan.- Coordinate management and technical decisions.- Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project.- Manage interface with COMPANY representatives.- Provide input on the performance of project team members to their supervisors.
