With over seven years of experience in the plant field, I am a Plant Engineering Manager at INALCA, one of the leading meat producers in Europe. I have a LM in Industrial Chemistry and Engineering from the University of Milan, and I am proficient in problem solving, maintenance management, and communication skills.I am passionate about automation, machines, and filling lines development and infrastructural projects. I have designed and implemented several innovative solutions for the hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic aspects of the plant. I have also developed software for the process management using PLC. I enjoy working with and supporting my team, as well as collaborating with other stakeholders and partners. My goal is to bring efficiency, quality, and sustainability to the plant operations and products.
