I'm a Ph.D. Candidate from the University of Padova with a keen interest in Biological dynamical systems, especially regarding the molecular interactions between the agents (e.g., cells, microorganisms) and how the dynamics behave under different conditions.My Ph.D is about Bioinformatics. In particular, handling spatial information in omics data.At this moment I'm working on two projects. One involves a new approach to configure a dynamical model to simulate bacteria communities driven by metabolite-dependent interactions and one involves studying cellular communication integrating spatial information and single-cell RNA sequencing.My previous academic experience was about my master's thesis, done in collaboration with the Institute of Neural Engineering at TU Graz, concerning a computational model of an astrocyte as a spatial potassium buffer at the neurovascular level. Furthermore, a more recent project about pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics of in-vitro administered Doxorubicin to Myeloma plasma cells.My expertise discerns among various programming and IT skills, built over years of studying, over my previous work experience and personal interests.My work experience trained me as a Junior Security analyst in the field of Industrial network security, improving my knowledge on how to interface with big Industrial realities.My current objective is to polish my hard and soft skills and improve my profile and expertise.
