API development and integration within the EOSS Technology Team

- Write JavaScript code for system automation including email reminders and automatic document generation- Design & develop the student-facing health portal website using HTML, CSS, JS and REST API calls- Create documentation for new software, including presentations and PDFs- Design automated spreadsheet systems for staff onboarding, inventory management, etc.- Create and manage user accounts- Operate and customize ASUHS' electronic medical record system, PnC- Design and run SQL-based reports to pull from our database per staff request- Manage two student workers as members of the tech team- Assign, complete, and delegate tech support tickets- Deploy system and software updates- Assist in acclimating staff to mass system-wide transitions and upgrades
