I’m a mechanical engineer who obtained his master degree at Polytechnic of Milan (Italy). My main skills are:●High autonomy in working and problem solving , acquired via my international work experiences.● Flexibility – adaptivity in new situations and work environments , as shown in my different types of jobs and majors.● Good communication and teamwork skills , also improved during foreign work and study experiences.● Rapid learning of new skills and techniques , as a result of a wide range of courses attended during my university career.● High level in informatics, mechanical and project management skills , as result of my engineering studies, previous work experiences and passions.● Continuous improvement attitude, developed during my work experience in Taiwan and through professional courses.I currently work in Decathlon Taiwan as component engineer, focusing on bicycle components design and development. I also take care of components eco-design, using sustainable materials. My previous job experience was as a project engineer in a crane manufactory company in Milan area. This job involved all the engineering aspects of cranes: design, assembling, testing, maintaining.I also had two working experiences in a transmission design department of an helicopter manufactory company in Italy.During this period I was responsible for a design improvement on parts of helicopter transmissions, using Computer Aided Design and Finite Elements software.Furthermore I had 2 international experiences, living 1 year in Australia (2014 - 2015) and from 2017 till now living in Taiwan, first studying Chinese there 1 year and then working.I’m a truly motivated person, with a strong work organization attitude and with knowledge of mechanical design methods, both analytical (static and fatigue analysis) than numerical (finite elements methods).I also have knowledge on metallic, plastic and composite materials. I've also a great passion on computers and IT networks.I can speak Italian, English and Chinese
