With more than 40 years of experience, and considered as one of the world's most important and reputable live content and events agencies, it has offices in Milan, Rome, London, Dubai, Riyadh, Dammam and Doha. Since June 2013, I have been the Chief Executive Officer of all Filmmaster subsidiaries in the MEA area.The main results achieved as Filmmaster MEA CEO are: - Increase of the company revenues and profitability; - Increase on internal structure (from 15 to 120 employees);- Expansions of operations in new segments: from the traditional events business to creative contents and video productions.- Expansion in all GCC territories (KSA, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait)

In March 2010 I joined Filmmaster Group as Executive Board Director. I’ve been in charge of defining and managing the strategy and the governance of the whole Group with the specific purpose of reorganizing and expanding the business on the international markets.

In June 2011, following the reorganization of the Group, I took on the role of General Manager with the objective of fostering the international development of the company. Main achievements:- Reorganization of the Group structure;- Increase of revenues and profitability of the Group;- Creation of a new reporting system and budgeting process.

In September 2009 I became responsible for Italy in the whole BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India and China) area expanding the activities of the major clients in the emerging markets.

In January 2007 I took on the responsibility of the Italian Desk in China for the whole Deloitte group and moved to Shanghai where I had a full managing role as responsible for all Deloitte Italian clients investing in the far East market and all the Chinese clients expanding in the western area.

As Director I specialized in M&A, Valuations and Business Planning for the Pharmaceutical, Gaming, Food & Beverage, Utilities and Defense industries.Under this role, I followed some M&A deals on behalf of important Italian Groups (Angelini, ENI, Lottomatica) and appraised some important Italian listed companies (Lottomatica, Italgas, ENI Group ecc.) to define the takeover price.

I joined Ernst & Young Corporate Finance specializing in M&A, valuation projects, financial planning and restructuring projects of industrial and state companies. I followed several valuations and acquisitions projects in the Pharmaceutical and TMT industries. I was involved in the analysis of several restructuring plans of some of the biggest Italian Companies (Poste Italiane, Finmeccanica Group, Marconi Group, Nicoletti).

I matured significant experience in the audit of manufacturing companies (Alumix, ERG, Nissan, Renault, B.P), hotels (Hilton), banking and financial companies (Romagest, Romacredit, Banca di Roma Holding, Bonifiche Siele, Centro Finanziaria). I also co-operated with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance for some company evaluations (Luisa Spagnoli, Telecom Group).
