I am in charge of developing websites, mainly in front end, with occasional interventions in back end. In order to improve the user experience, I supplement the functionality of WordPress' Elementor Pro with HTML and CSS code, sometimes supported by Java scripts.In addition to the Webmaster role, I also work as a social media manager, illustrator, animator and, in exclusive cases, advertising art director.

I worked part-time at McDonald's as a working student, achieving the role of Guest Experience Leader after the first 6 months. I covered every task in the restaurant, from cleaning, to cooking, to service (table and non-table), and specialised in customer management through reception, complaint resolution and organisation of small events, such as birthday parties and Christmas.
