Polymeric materials engineer with more than ten years’ experience in product and process development achieved in market leader multinational companies.Starting from process related technical roles I moved to product development in technical textile sector covering in the last seven years positions characterized by increasing responsibility. Recently I had the opportunity to move from the technical area, as R&D Project manager, to a new experience in marketing department as product manager, in charge for entire life cycle of the product lines assigned.This professional path gave me the possibility to acquire the following competences:- Project management – implementation of complex projects based on internal or customer specifications.- Product development and industrialization – wide experience in transforming ideas in real products, with a deep understanding of market requirements and accurate analysis of technical requirements.- Technology scouting and implementation – identification of proper partners to overtake internal production capability lack, including the definition of technical and commercial agreement with suppliers on worldwide basis.- Production transfer – experience in moving product and production lines between plants and production departments.- Marketing – development of business plan and competitor products benchmarking.
