- Portfolio management (strategic business planning) and support Functions with electrification technologies roadmap evolution; Control of the gap between required and current FTE (full time equivalent) for "in the pipe" project execution.- Budget & control (current fiscal year): Control of program-based costs/revenues; Coordination of internal financial & purchasing processes through SAP, controlling cash-out; Control of CAPEX spendingsapproval; Coordination of organic resources allocation.- Mapping of existing and new processes (purchasing, finance, R&D) and Improvement of existing processes according to operational excellence, lean and agile principles.- Leadership & project management practice: Ensure alignment between project requirements and implementation, acting as supportive bridge between platform leading PM and Technical Function Manager; Coordinate team evolution according to overall budget availability; Identify potential further improvements.
