    - I was in charge of the planning and the execution of the conversion rate optimisation roadmap touching all the steps of the user journey.- I designed researches for different countries adopting both quantitative and qualitative methods (web analytics, user testing, interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluation). I reported research findings highlighting strengths and weaknesses of existing UX. I prioritised optimisation actions following research insights and a prioritisation framework.- I managed the execution of the AB testing plan throughout the company product lines (up to 20 experiments running simultaneously per week and 200 experiments in one year) from the hypothesis and KPI definition up to monitoring and final reporting of the results.
