Cultural & Change Management initiatives: I manage the Service Culture Project by interfacing with the management committee. Assessor for promotion to middle managers and elaboration of development plans, applying in-basket case studies, holding structured interviews, evaluating the employees’ skills and translating them into competences in line with the Group Model of Fundamental Skills.Elaboration of the variable incentive system for managing department resources used for evaluating senior managers’ performance.Management of the “Talents Project” in the course of which valuable resources who sustain the functioning, continuity and development of the company were to be identified, applying the criteria for population segmentation.Identification of training needs by analyzing the necessities, evaluating the possibility to meet the needs with trainings held in the internal faculty, managing relations with consultancy companies, defining the instruments for holding training sessions.

Recruiter: I managed the recruiting process by managing relations with universities, issuing job announcements on specialized web sites or the company’s intranet, applying recruiting techniques.Development of the annual employment plan by managing job changes within the Group on the Job Posting platform, writing labor contracts for permanent, fixed-term and project-related employments.I guaranteed the relations with the sales personnel (approximately 180 resources with a high turnover) by managing promotions, sanctions, business trips, transfers, termination due to the failure to pass the probationary period, monitoring of recruitments, terminations and staff evolution.I guaranteed the employment under the correct position according to the national collective labor contract.Writing of job descriptions and conducting analyses on organizational units in order to identify work-loads and optimizing head counts.
