Lead of the technical part for the deployment of the NewPOS Rollout Program, leading the tech steps and design the procedure to deploy all the streams of the project: OS Setup, POS Setup, Payment Setup, and Mobility Setup. • Build the procedure to setup Store Workstation globally armonizing the process and standardizing it in each Region• Train and coordinate all the Rollout PMs and the related onsite tech around the Regions/Countries on the deployment process and on the onsite setup• Setup of all the Staging Centers around the world for the technical preparation and installation of all the machines to be deployed in the stores• Collaborate and coordinate with all stakeholders who contribute to the preparation and delivery of NewPOS • Close collaboration with End-User support team to ensure smooth transition from build to run of NewPOS solution

Work in the Global Store Apps Rollout team to deliver timely and accurate Tech solutions in store and contribute on the global process & tool design, user experience and timing of delivery required.The mission is to ensure proper rollout and on-board of any new solution impacting the brand's store population, with the coordination of internal and external resources.• Design, review and validate the overall delivery process considering all the solutions required in every store project type• Perform quality checks on the solutions before they are delivered in store• Be the entry-point for any new store solution/service delivery• Contribute to the process & tool design of in-store solutions/services delivery according to Kering Tech directions• Collaborate with all stakeholders who contribute to the delivery of store solutions/services• Coordinate the preparation of the applications in-time for the Store Projects delivery• Perform additional testing to the ones performed by each application team (e.g. cross-application testing as tender types configured consistently between POS & JDA/SAP)• Collaborate with Application teams to define together a testing strategy to reach good quality deliverables• Coordinate with Store PM team to define the date for the equipment shipping and ensure final checks are completed• Manage a rollout log to build accurate & timely reports• Manage an issue log about all the deliveries; the issue log will be used in the alignment meetings at Global level with each Application team to identify potential areas for improvements• Close collaboration with End-User support team to ensure smooth transition from build to run of solutions/services• Coordination of the local EMEA team (internal & consultants)• Responsible to drive and coordinate special assignments of Global initiatives
