My strengh points are the project management and the work coordination.Even under stress, with pressuring deadlines, I am able to stay firm and efficient at work, because I strongly believe that the final objective is the absolute priority for a successful installation process.I have worked at the same time on different very complex projects, playing the role of responsible for logistics.I am a dynamic person, I am energetic, cheerful and ready to do my best for my work.I have good communciation skills, I like getting in contact with people and do also manual works, as leader but also a member of the team.If I see a problem, I always try to analyse it in order to find the best solution: I have been told to have excellent problem solving abilities. I am able to manage administrative and technical tasks at the same time.From a pure executive point of view, I can take the organization under control, gaining the trust of the people working with me.I have a very good enterprising spirit - in the past, if there were any problems in the assembly of the installation, I used to prepare immediately another one on my own, using laser cut, router cnc and 3d printer, finding everytime a good solution-. I am ready for advices and critics, expressing me personal point of view, honestly and politely.I regularly use programs like Photoshop and Illustrator, since I am an expert in graphics anddesign; instead, I draw all technical details with Rhinoceros and Grasshopper.For ages I have realized video mapping and big projections for events and festivals, about contemporary art, body art, live performance, video interaction with proximity detectors and Kinect, together with real time control of datas referring to the installations.
