In charge of cash flows analysis and presentations, coordinating activities among various operators (such as investors, lenders, third-party appraisers, asset facility and property managers and auditors), monitoring ongoing projects performances and reporting to investors through annual, semiannual reports and financial statements.

- Active involvement in management activity of a Real Estate fund focused on photovoltaic plants investment.- Financial modelling and cash flows analysis concerning the portfolio management activity and assessing the impact of disposals, acquisitions and asset management related activities on the fund returns, distributions and funding.- Involvement in the fund raising activities, investors’ update presentations, as well as legal and fiscal due diligence for entities under management.
