Support CRA and Project Manager (PM) during clinical trials activities;• Track/assist PM in collecting and archiving critical documents;• Periodically review study files for accuracy and completeness;• eCRF query management;• Support the CRAs in the development of phase I/II/III clinical trials, MD studies and observational studies in Italy and Spain;• Assisting CRAs during the preliminary study phases through management regulatory processes, contract negotiations and local documents translation ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines;• Regularly update the Trial Master File (TMF) and Investigator Site File (ISF) according to SOP;• Ensure effective project management by communicating with Sponsors, clinical sites and colleagues;• Assist the CRAs during PSV, SIV, MV and VOC at the sites according to customer/company SOP, in compliance with ICH-GCP and local regulatory requirements;• Feasibility and site selection procedures
