My role concerns the analysis and the management of e-commerce and CMS/PIM/DAM projects through all steps, from the planning to the release date.The main activities are:- Project management, working with Analysts, Design Leads, Heads of Development of the area to which the project is related.- To plan the activities, the deadlines and the project’s milestone, using AGILE methodology.- To organize and to make an efficient use of the available resources.- To act as an intermediary between the project team and the Key Account.- To act as an intermediary between the project team and the customer.- To write down project documentation and reports (call report, meeting report, etc.).- To validate the tests done by the Quality Assurance team, in order to guarantee a high quality standard that can meet the customer’s expectations.- To write down the test cases of the Integration Tests and UATs.I pay particular attention to the improvement of the work processes. Also I am constantly looking for new technologies,in order to increase the efficiency and the quality standards of the projects, and to reduce their costs.The main technologies I use are Salesforce (CRM, Commerce Cloud), Pimcore, K-commerce / K-OMS.

I work closely to the client to support the Digital Marketing team in the overall processes and tasks of Prada websites.The main activities are: planning e-commerce daily operations like new campaign or e-catalog release, creation of reports, the deployment of new software developments, the management of live streaming during the fashion show, monitoring the health of the machines and its services and checking for possible malfunctions.Moreover, I'm responsible to evaluate the effectiveness of new advertising campaigns on Prada's institutional websites, by verifying the assets quality and compatibility with our CMS. The main activities concerned the eCommerce daily operations, commercial planning, set product price, set up and tracking of digital production and email marketing operations and reports. I was also responsible for the digital assets (eg. banner, product images, video tutorial.) and management of social networks.I participated in about 20 specialized exhibitions of railway modelling and 3D model, as an exhibitor and responsible for evaluating the exhibition stand.
