Senior Recruiter - Project Assistant: Eu Funded Projects
CurrentStantec provides professional consulting services in engineering, environmental sciences, project management, project economics for infrastructure and facilities. Senior Recruiter for Framework Contract Projects financed by the European Commission and other international donors (AFDB, EIB, Green Climate Fund, AFD, etc.). Among the tasks:• Managing day-to-day work with experts and partners for bid project preparation with the European Commission (DG INTPA, DG NEAR, EU Delegations, FPI, etc.) and other IFIs (prepared +200 bids)• Managing full-process of recruitment of Experts for international development projects (FWC and Technical Assistance programmes)• Preparing and contributing to quality assurance of offers to be submitted, together with the project budget• Communicating on ongoing assignments with Clients, Consortium partners, Project Managers, EU Delegations, etc• Supporting stakeholder research and mapping, preparing marketing material for potential partnerships• Mentoring and coaching Stantec trainees• Acted as Main Recruiter in successfully preparing the renewal of the Services for EU’s External Action 2023 (Framework contracts SEA 2023): Lot 1 (Climate Change, Sustainable Energy, Nuclear Safety), Lot 3 (Food Systems, Sustainable Agriculture and Nutrition); Lot 5 (Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital)Sectors: ‣ Climate change, environment conservation & protection, green transition‣ Sustainable energies, renewable energies & energy efficiency ‣ Infrastructures, transport & trade, economic growth, SMEs & MSMEs support, job creation‣ EU policy, legislation & approximation‣ Public Diplomacy, EU summits, conferences, & high-level events‣ Food systems, sustainable agriculture & livestock‣ Blue economy, fishery & aquaculture‣ Digital transformation and technology‣ Sustainable finance, blended finance & public investments‣ Human rights, gender, inclusivity, resettlement, etc.
