During the period I was in Portugal because of the Erasmus traineeship post-graduate project in the microbrewery Praxis of Coimbra. My professional training included all the routine tasks which are made in a brewery: CIP of equipments, the wort production, its fermentation and maturation, filling of bottles and kegs and final packaging of them. This role allowed me to implement my knowledge about the interesting world of beer production and to increase my language skills. I gained and rose some soft skills: team working, problem solving, communication, adaptibility, time management.I'm currently taking part in the 600-hour Technical Course on Food Quality Control of the ARAFORM (Agency for Research and Training Activities).
