To ensure that the designs were brought to life accurately, I utilized 3D modeling to create detailed visualizations of the equipment and structures.I was also given the opportunity to mentor new employees in the outfitting department. My responsibilities included providing guidance on technical skills such as 3D modeling and workshop documentation preparation, as well as sharing best practices for effective communication with project stakeholders.Through this mentoring process, I was able to help new employees develop their skills and grow professionally, ultimately contributing to the success of the department and the company as a whole. I utilized a range of advanced non-destructive testing techniques, such as magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing, and radiographic testing, to detect and evaluate any defects or inconsistencies that could compromise the safety and seaworthiness of the vessel.In my role, I worked closely with shipbuilders, engineers, and designers to ensure that all parts and components of the ship were thoroughly inspected and met the highest standards of quality and safety. I also maintained detailed records of all inspections and tests and collaborated with other members of the shipbuilding team to develop and implement effective quality control processes.By ensuring that all shipbuilding materials and components met the highest standards of quality and safety, along with my colleagues, we helped to create vessels that were reliable, efficient, and safe for use in a range of marine environments.
