- Contribution to the recurring vision in synergy with other entities by constructing a 5-year Business- Plan consistent with the Omnichannel Business Model;- Active participation in strategic decision-making for each entity, calculating their impacts and Value Creation;- Active support for the business as partner and point of reference for data analysis and interpretation;- Reporting and alerting on the management risk (Income Statement, Business Model, etc.);- Guidance of commercial animation through the definition of the potential market for the activity;- Definition and guidance of the Business unit and/or projects in the construction of a Business Plan that respects profitability for the various sales channels related to the circular and digital economy.

Tasks & Responsibilities:Manage the daily/monthly accounting payable activities for EMEA;Ensure that the accounting records are compliant with fiscal regulations and tax rules applicable from time to time (VAT Declarations, Withholding taxes, INTRASTAT etc);Support Finance team in preparing Tax Documentation;Support Finance team in posting and analysis of monthly financial statement;Managing the communications with local Finance teams and with external consultants.

I took part in the Finance Lab for Future competition organized by Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.The challenge aimed to develop a corporate strategy to bring the Italian Fintech Company MDOTM into the US market. I was part of the INfinance Group with other two students, Luca Tamburin and Mauro Feola, and thanks to our innovative strategy, we reached the top three best projects among ten other groups.
