Manufacturing Manager - Anodising
Current• Management of the departments of continuous anodising of Aluminium coils for Building and Architectural business lines (eight shifts 24/07, with a process engineer, a dedicated production planner and 24 factory workers), continuous anodising of Aluminium coils for Lighting, Decorative and Solar business lines (three shifts, with a dedicated production planner and 10 factory workers) and the waste water treatment plant (two workers and a chemical analyst);• Process development and new products engineering in cooperation with the Italian R&D team and the technical depts. of the foreign production/distribution sites of the Company in Germany, USA and China;• Planning of the activities of the internal maintenance team (6 experienced technicians);• Technical support to Quality, Purchasing and Sales departments during their visits to customers and suppliers;• Knowledge of safety regulations, as a member of the internal fire-fighting and first aid teams.Milestones:• From June 2014 - Management of the transferring process of the full Decorative range from the former French production site of Goncelin to the headquarter in San Giuliano Milanese. • From December 2016 – Conception, together with the R&D team and the external builder, of the new “L2000” line for the production of Building and Architectural product range.• From October 2021 – Considering the success of the fresh “L2000” line, conception, together with R&D and the same external builder, of the new “L1600” line to increase the output of the new product range.• From February 2023 – Participation to an innovative project which will lead to the construction of a brand-new continuous painting line.
