Line manager in charge of operations, P&L and service delivery of X-Press Feeders' Arabian Gulf services, 4 trades and a total of 8 vessels to UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq and Saudi Arabia. Ultimate decision maker for both daily vessels’ operations (scheduling, bunkering, cost control, capacity management), commercial development (forecasting, account management, rates management, costing), coordination with JV partners, budgeting, weekly and monthly reporting to HQ.

Line manager in charge of operations, P&L and service delivery of X-Press Feeders Baltic Sea services to/from the hubs of Rotterdam, Antwerp and Hamburg. In charge of 4 trades and a total of 6 vessels to Russia, Poland, Finland, Latvia and Lithuania. Ultimate decision maker for both daily vessels’ operations (scheduling, bunkering, cost control, capacity management), commercial development (yielding management, forecasting, account management, rates management, costing and budgeting and weekly and monthly reporting to HQ.

Tasked with the insourcing the Rotterdam and Antwerp berth planning function in-house. After the complete insourcing, in charge of the creation of the key set of KPIs, SOP and training manuals for new personnel.Built relationships with key stakeholders (Rotterdam Port Authority, Terminals, Bunker Suppliers, etc.) and contributed to pilot projects like PRONTO and PortXchange
