I collaborate with brands and agencies to manage and execute marketing, advertising and branding strategies and campaigns from conception to completion. My role focuses on balancing both project management and client relationships, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the client’s vision.Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of the projects, including digital campaigns, branding initiatives, content creation, and social media strategy.- Client Relationship Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.- Coordination & Collaboration: Working closely with creative teams, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment with project goals.- Budgeting & Reporting: Managing project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, while providing regular status updates and performance reports to clients.- Strategy & Consulting: Advising clients on marketing strategies and best practices to optimize their brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.

- Managed 8-10 client accounts at a time, owning all work streams as well as looking after of both an internal team of designers and strategists, and the client. - Successfully handled the top-two remunerative clients of the agency over the last two years (~€600,000 and ~€700,000)- Identified opportunities and spearheaded the upselling of two projects, resulting in a total revenue of approximately €400,000 for the agency (€350,000 and €50,000).- On a daily basis, scoping work, controlling workflow, documenting key deliverables with associated timings and costs.- Supported Team Strategy with brand narrative building processes: benchmarking, verbal identity, branded content ideas development.- Selected clients: Aeroméxico (Transportation), Unilabs (Healthcare), Prewave (Supply Chain Management), Levi's Operations (Clothing), Inkef (Finance).

- Coordinated integrated teams through research, analysis and design of the communications concepts for the launch of several Petronas's brand campaigns within the EMEA market (total revenue: ~€200,000 yearly). Projects completed on time and within budget.- Led project team through research, strategic development, budgeting and pitch presentation to win a contract that granted €80,000 to the agency.- Planned and managed Geneva International Motor Show 2019 and Fuorisalone di Milano 2019 for Italdesign: contact and coordination of stakeholders, site selection, budgeting.- Selected clients: Petronas Lubricants International; Italdesign; Lamborghini (Automotive); Zyxel Communications Iberia (IT); Fabbri 1905 (FMCG).

- Coordinated an integrated digital team through research, analysis, design, development and launch of the new AHA website ($500,000 project), ensuring work was completed on time and within budget.- Engaged stakeholders for two US DoD outreach campaigns to boost audience awareness of key initiatives at national and local level.- Developed Facebook and Twitter content for multiple projects, monitoring and reporting user engagement of social media campaigns with digital analytics tools.- Selected clients: American Hospital Association; American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (Healthcare); US Department of Defense (Public Sector and NGOs).

- Management of the company’s media relations to raise awareness of the company’s traffic management roles and responsibilities.- Draft of the road’s charter of services and management of the news’ website section to inform the public about traffic and road conditions.

- Interviews, preparation of content for the radio news, and draft of ≈50 articles for the radio website and Facebook page.
