• Coordinating a team of 18 people: Distribution Manager, Channel Account Mangers, presales, call centre• Responsible for sell-out thru the channel: Distributors, Integrators, VAR’s, Retailers and E-Tailers• Managing the related marketing development fund and the rebates to be distributed thru the different partners. • Responsible for the development of the channel programs to be coordinated between the European headquarters and the internal resources of the Italian branch.• Member of the CLT, (Channel Leadership Team) with a matrix-reporting model.
