Management of projects and activities connected to company re-engineering paying particular attention to evaluation of performances using mapping and evaluation of competences, job design, individual and group personnel assessment. Tuturing in the following areas: personnel development, communication, inter-personal relationships, group work and team-building, communication of company vision, definition of competences and guidance for new employees.Project Manager: Design and coordination activity of consulting and training activities.
