I managed a team of 5 people involved in the design, production and promotion of the tabletop game "L'Aquila e il Leone - La Battaglia di Vicenza, 7 ottobre 1513".The game was created as a merchandise connected to the exhibition of the same name, taking place at the Biblioteca Civica Bertoliana in Vicenza.As project manager, I was responsible for ensuring that the project met the set deadlines and quality standards. I was accountable for the business and marketing plans and coordinated the production schedule, also taking care of the institutional and press relations.
