Since 2004 Executive in international Consulting Companies with different roles which allowed me to improve my capabilities in:- P&L management (General Management, Finance, HR, Organization)- Handling of complex projects and negotiations managing C-level relationships- Key Account management according to Corporate strategyBefore this experience, I worked as Sales & Marketing Director for Verisign, a Company leader in IT Security and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) Services.In 1997 I have experienced a great adventure being co-founder of a telecommunication Company, ePlanet S.p.A.: a real start-up that became a real Company only after three years, with 400 employees and a turnover of € 35 Mln.In 2000 ePlanet was listed on the Italian Stock Exchange with a capitalization of € 600 Mln.People say my main soft skills are a proven empathy and a natural communication attitude: I guess it’s true since I am still in a good relationship with my actual and past bosses, colleagues and clients.I am EMCC Accredited Coach and I am passionate about sports: tennis, skiing and windsurfing.
