-I manage a team of 10 people in the organization of SEDS Italy's projects and events for 800+ members.-Organized in collaboration with Space Pioneers, a conference at the headquarters of the Italian Space Agency to inform young professionals and university students about Analog Astronaut Missions.

I manage SEDS Italy's webinar: Space Talks.I have contacted and then interviewed live on YouTube prominent guests in the space industry. For example: Paolo Ferri, past Spacecraft Operations Manager of Rosetta and ESA's Head of Mission Operations at the ESOC; Donato Giovannelli, an Entrepreneur and a Microbial Ecologist working on the microbiology of extreme environments.

Selected as one of the 450 mentees for the 12th cohort of Mentors4u, chosen from over 2,000 applicants.Mentors4u, the largest independent, non-profit mentoring program in Europe, connects talented students aiming for careers in management and finance with successful young professionals.

Among the few Italian students selected to be mentees for LeadTheFuture, a leading mentorship non-profit organization for students in STEM, with acceptance rate below 20%. LeadTheFuture empowers top-performing students to achieve their goals and contribute to their communities by giving them one-on-one guidance from high-impact mentors coming from the world's leading STEM innovation hubs such as Silicon Valley and CERN.
