Proactively develop and educate healthy community within a residence hall. Conduct interviews and assisting in the selection of new Resident Directors, Assistant Resident Directors and Resident Advisors. Serve as chief judicial officer for the residence hall, including fact-finding hearings, adjudication and issuing of sanctions. Participate in on-call duty rotation for a residential campus of 2,200 students. Management of a programming and staff operational budget of $3,600.
