Directly reporting to the CEO, I’m responsible for the efforts and results of the financial department throughout a growing organization, including responsibility for both parent company and subsidiaries. As active part of Management team, I support the Company strategy providing key information to Senior Group Executives, Stakeholders and to Board Members. Liaising with auditors, external consultants and maintain banking relationship.

Finance business parter of the EMEA Service division. I was directly reporting to the EMEA CFO and in charge of all finance and accounting processes related to the division. Main responsibilities: leader of the monthly closing process for the division across all EMEA locations; leader of the Divisional budget and monthly forecast process, partner with local business teams to implement cost-tracking reports and financial management accounting system to improve efficiencies across EMEA operations.

Head of the Controller Department, directly reporting to the European Group CFO and functionally to the VP Corporate Controller. I was overseen the internal control environment of the Group across all the European legal entities. Main responsibilities: monthly consolidated US GAAP package, management analysis, accounting estimates coordination and supervision. Supervising EMEA Share Service Center Accounting department, European Risk Management department and European Loss Prevention department.

Leader of EMEA Financial Planning Department. Reporting directly to the European Group CFO and functionally to Corporate VP Financial Planning, I contributed to the strategy of the Group, acting as finance partner with business teams to maximize effectiveness of commercial execution. Leader of the EMEA budgeting process, monthly EMEA forecasting process, inventory planning of the Group.
